A healthcare services organization in New York is currently see licensed Anesthesiologist to join their team at one of their facilities in Orange County. In this role, the Anesthesiologist will be responsible for administering anesthesia and monitoring patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. About the Opportunity: Specialty: Anesthesiology Location : Orange County, NY Hours: 4- or 5-day work week Compensation : $325,000 - $350,000 The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors. Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Evaluate patient medical histories and conduct physical examinations to formulate and implement appropriate anesthesia plans. Manage and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort. Provide guidance and support to anesthesia staff and residents. Respond promptly to emergencies and complications during procedures. Stay current with advancements in anesthesiology and best practices, including state-specific regulations and guidelines. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certification in Anesthesiology. Valid medical license to practice in New York State.
