Signals Analyst Level 4 (CASA), HS+12 yrs or BS+11 yrs or MS+9 yrs

Need a very experience Signals Analyst that can come in and help lead/mentor. Last person in this spot was a 452 Grad, so looking for someone of that caliber. Will look at 451 Grads with strong history of performing in CASA spaces.
