Job Title: Project Manager Non Tech 3 Job Type: Contract Site Type: Remote Duration: 2 Months 11 Days Job Overview: In this role, the Business Planning Project Manager (BP PM) will work closely with both the Business Planner and Operations teams to support launches. Another key element of the role is cross-functional stakeholder engagement in an oftentimes matrixed environment. To successfully collaborate, stakeholders must be aligned, strategies must get proper approvals, and information must be clearly articulated across teams. The BP PM will work closely with Business Planners and their cross-functional stakeholder counterparts (Engineering, Product Marketing, and Finance) to support this engagement through project management.Job Responsibilities: Dedicated to support ongoing pricing discussions. Use existing frameworks to support ongoing pricing related work. Understand requirements, use framework, data validation, pricing verification and drive alignment across teams leveraging deep fundamental product knowledge gained by being embedded within the individual teamsLaunch operational process and stakeholder supportMeeting coordination and supportResponsible for team enhancements, improvements, and special projectsUpdate Project & Review TrackerJob Requirements: Master's degree preferred4-8 years of project management experience4-6 years of experience with data analysis and synthesis (Excel, Powerpoint)4-6 years of experience with cross functional collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholdersAt least 4 years of experience with product launches and project management software (various tools)Prior experience as a Microsoft Corp. contractorProficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applicationsAbility to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issuesStrong cross team/group/org collaboration skillsExcellent communication skills*Salary Range: $9,474/mo. with Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits
