Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel About the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 51 bed Level 3 NICU, PICU 10 beds, Pediatric floor 20 beds · Number of Staff – 17 NICU/Peds RRT’s (120 Total staff) · Type of staff: o Day Shift –3-4 RRT’s for NICU/Peds service lines (15-20 RRT’s for Adult service lines) o Night Shift – 3-4 RRT’s for NICU/Peds service lines (12-16 RRT’s for Adult service lines) · Patient Ratios – 10 - 25 · Type of equipment –Draeger Infant/Peds vents, HFOV, Infant Flow SiPAP, Newport HT70 and Hamilton T1 and C1 transport vents, Vapotherm. Additional equipment used in Adult service lines GE R860 Adult vents Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices. · EMR - Cerner Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · North Carolina Respiratory License · RRT- Registered Respiratory Therapist · BLS, PALS, NRP Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · NPS · ACLS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · High risk deliveries and all airway and ventilator management · Intubation, extubation, capillary and arterial blood gas collection and analysis REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · RRT Floating Area(s): · General adult med floors FULL SOCIAL AND DOB REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION WHY JUDGE HEALTHCARE?
