Concierge

White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in beautiful La Jolla, CA, is seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team.    This is for the NOC (overnight shifts) on Wednesday and Thursday nights, with some availability to take extra shifts as needed.As the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California and one of the largest in the country, we are more than just a place to work. Part-Time:   Wednesday and Thursday 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 To be successful in the role, you would have: 1+ years of administrative experience in a medical setting required. Prior customer service experience Computer skills such as using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, using internet applications, faxing, copying etc. High school diploma or equivalent Occasional availability that may include evenings & holidays Job Duties: Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages Record and report resident care updates, department changes, and incidents during shift handoff. Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors. Monitoring of Resident Safety System (Arial) and security cameras Mission Essential You would display behavior that supports the mission, vision, behaviors, and values of HumanGood.
