In this role, you will oversee campaign delivery operations across multiple advertising channels, partnering with the team and leadership to define processes, resolve escalated issues, and continuously improve how we work. You are highly technical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, equally comfortable diving into a complex tracking setup as you are collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors on technical challenges. You are a strong GA4 user, a natural mentor who is excited about raising the level of the team around you, and someone who is actively curious about how AI and automation tools can make your work sharper and faster. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be someone who experiments with AI tools, stays current on what's emerging, and brings that lens to how you operate.ResponsibilitiesOversee campaign delivery monitoring across multiple advertising channels, collaborating with the team on escalated issues and ensuring resolutionPartner with the team and leadership to define and refine internal processes for campaign delivery, troubleshooting, and reportingCollaborate with the team on complex tracking and measurement challenges, helping build collective expertise across GTM, Meta Events Manager, and other platform toolsChampion GA4 best practices across the team, contributing to consistent and accurate performance measurementWork with internal teams and leadership to identify platform improvements and help shape how Eulerity's tools are used operationallyContribute to the evolution of reporting infrastructure, working alongside the team to improve how performance data is communicatedLeverage AI tools (LLM-based assistants, agentic workflows, automation platforms) to improve efficiency in campaign monitoring, reporting, and internal documentationStay current on emerging AI capabilities relevant to digital marketing operations and bring forward recommendations for how the team can adopt themAct as a confident technical voice in client and vendor conversations on escalated issuesMentor and train team members, building technical capabilities and raising the overall standard of workCoordinate with offshore support teams to ensure process consistency and qualityQualifications6+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)2+ years of people management or team lead experienceDeep familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads ManagerStrong, confident knowledge of GA4 including event tracking, attribution, and reportingProven hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking setup and troubleshootingExperience building and maintaining performance reporting dashboards and data visualizations, with tools such as Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or equivalentDemonstrated comfort using AI tools in a professional context (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar), with actual workflow integration beyond surface-level awarenessHigh attention to detail and a process-driven mindsetStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and vendors on technical issuesExcellent Excel or Google Sheets skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)Nice To HavesPrevious client-facing experience in an agency or account management roleExperience working with or communicating across distributed or international teamsExperience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or DSPs (ex. The expected range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience and level.
