The role involves customer-facing technical leadership, troubleshooting formulation challenges, supporting product commercialization, and collaborating with cross-functional global teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global technical services for liquid system applicationsSupport customers with formulation and application troubleshootingHandle issues related to dispersion, rheology, gloss, jetness, and filterabilityConduct DoE trials, product evaluations, and scale-up activitiesRecommend suitable grades based on customer applicationsDevelop application testing standards and performance benchmarksWork closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teamsSupport product development and commercialization activitiesLead root cause analysis and technical complaint resolutionPrepare technical presentations, webinars, and application documentsManage technical operations, KPIs, and team developmentMust-Have QualificationsMaster's or PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering10-15 years of experience in carbon black for inks and coatingsStrong knowledge of dispersion science, rheology, and color scienceExperience in customer-facing technical or application rolesHands-on experience with application testing and troubleshootingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in German and EnglishJ-18808-Ljbffr
