We are expanding our Field Service Technician Team Nationally! As a Field Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining superior customer satisfaction with our service and products. The pay range for this position is from $22.00-$32.00 an hour Depending on experience/geography. What you will be doing: Maximizing equipment up-time through timely repair and troubleshooting Engaging the customer and communicating clearly and effectively to ensure satisfaction Managing time to be most effective in completing daily visits with customers What you will bring to the role: Ability to troubleshoot technology and think independently Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills Knowledge of basic networking a plus Computer and analytical skills High School Diploma or GED required Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
