You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.What You Will Be DoingServiceproductswithminimumassistanceTroubleshootbasicprintingissues,abletodetermineprintervsnetworkissues.Abletoinstallscanningandequipmentinapeer-to-peerenvironment.Manageinventorytocompanyspecifications.Maintaincar,toolkitandsupplies.Developandmaintainprofessionalrelationshipswithcustomersandemployees.Providesalessupporttoincludeadvisingsalesaboutproblemsorsalesleads.Maintainprofessionalappearances.Maximizing equipment up-time through timely repairEngaging the customer to assure satisfaction.Managing time to be most effectiveWhat You Will Bring To The RolePrior experience in maintaining and repairing office equipment required (Canon, HP, Lexmark, Okidata, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox experience required)Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.Knowledge of basic networkingComputer and analytical skillsHigh School Diploma required Electronics or Computer associate degree preferred.Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
