Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder/Fabricator/Installer based in Marysville, WA. The professional in this position will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components, including but not limited to balconies, railings, stairs, and decks. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating welding equipment, performing TIG, MIG, and arc welding, and assisting with the installation of finished products. Adherence to safety standards and maintaining quality craftsmanship are essential components of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and arc weldingExperience with various materials and the ability to understand and work with metal propertiesSkilled in metal fabrication, including reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship in all tasksKnowledge of safety protocols and best practices for welding and fabricationPhysical ability to handle tools, materials, and equipment in an industrial environmentDemonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independentlyPrevious experience in installing fabricated metal products is a plus
