This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on setup work, troubleshooting, and producing high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll Be Doing:Set up Swiss CNC machines for production runsOperate Swiss CNC equipment to manufacture precision componentsPerform tool changes and verify proper tooling setupsInspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsTroubleshoot machining and production issues to minimize downtimePerform routine preventative maintenance on equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process documentationCollaborate with operators and production teams to maintain efficient workflowWork with tight-tolerance components in a precision manufacturing environmentWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience setting up Swiss CNC machinesExperience operating Swiss CNC equipment in a production settingStrong understanding of machining principles and shop mathAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipersAbility to troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustmentsExperience working with tight tolerancesComfortable performing inspections using microscopesAbility to read and edit CNC programsProgramming experience is a plusExperience with Citizen, Tornos, or similar Swiss machines is preferredMedical device or other precision manufacturing experience is highly desirableEducation:High School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical machining training or equivalent hands-on machining experience preferredBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) with Company MatchTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off and HolidaysPerformance-Based Bonus OpportunitiesCareer Growth and Advancement OpportunitiesShift:1st Shift: 6am-230pm M-F
