Operator/Packer - Night/Weekend Shift

Position SummaryPerform the duties of a machine operator/packer as required.Maintain proper housekeeping and reduce clutter on the floor.Must successfully complete R.C. Bigelow, Inc. Operator Certification Program.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.Comply with R.C. Bigelow Safety and Health rules.Skills/Training RequiredHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of weights and measures, volume and distance.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately and safely with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl.Required to have vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
