Kapco Inc. is looking for a Press Cell Technician I/II on 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility. The ideal candidate for this position should be an experienced operator with experience running mechanical, hydraulic and/or servo punch presses involving hand transfer of heavy and/or complex parts. Primary Responsibilities Operate complex and progressive tooling in a quality and rate conscious manner Perform coil changes Maintain equipment and tooling with use of appropriate lubricants Clean and maintain press area Perform quality checks using the proper measuring devices correctly during operation and complete quality records Stop production when quality issues are detected Complete appropriate paperwork, including labels, accurately and completely May require successful completion of Kapco's forklift certification program Other duties as assigned About Kapco Metal Stamping Kapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
