Samples Technician 1st Shift - Monday-Friday (7:00AM-3:30PM)

This position will be on the 1st shift which is 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday. Works safely to protect themselves, their coworkers, and the facility by following all standard operating procedures. Engaged in process measurement, control, and improvement in all aspects of their assigned tasks. Learns and understands key operating parameters which ensure that only in specification and high-quality product is delivered to our customers.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GED.Two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.Extrusion experience is highly desired.Ability to lift 55lbs. frequently.Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment.Skills/Knowledge/Ability:Strong communication skillsBasic knowledge of running an extruder or mixing equipment.Ability to learn pre and postproduction equipment and operations (drying, bagging, grinding etc.)General mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot problems
