Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Consumer-Led Growth)

Job Description About the roleStyleSeat is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle strategy with a primary focus on the Consumer experience, while also supporting key moments in the Pro journey.This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for turning lifecycle marketing into a major growth lever. The Consumer side of the business represents a high-volume, marketing-driven opportunity where best-in-class lifecycle strategy, experimentation, and audience management can drive immediate business impact.You will own lifecycle strategy from insight to execution: defining journeys, building testing roadmaps, improving segmentation, and ensuring communications drive adoption, bookings, and retention without contributing to over-sending or fatigue.You will act as the subject matter expert for your area while collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Product, Creative, Data, and CX. While ownership areas are clearly defined, this team operates with flexibility and shared accountability.What you&#39;ll doOwn Consumer Lifecycle StrategyLead end-to-end lifecycle strategy for Consumer acquisition-to-retention journeysDefine audience frameworks, communication architecture, and contact strategy to improve engagement while reducing oversaturationMaintain and evolve journey mapping from first sign-up through repeat behavior and loyaltyBuild High-Impact ProgramsDevelop and scale onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement journeysCreate targeted, behavior-based campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-appModernize and elevate seasonal and promotional campaigns with stronger audience strategy and lifecycle logicExperimentation & OptimizationOwn lifecycle experimentation roadmap and A/B testing strategyTest messaging, timing, segmentation, and channel mix to drive measurable improvementsUse cohort analysis and behavioral data to refine journeys and unlock growthData & Business ImpactDefine KPIs tied to retention, repeat behavior, bookings, and LTVForecast lifecycle impact and model program contributionTranslate performance insights into strategic recommendations, not just reportsGTM & Product PartnershipLead lifecycle planning for product and feature launches, as well as general storytelling go-to-market strategyDefine target audiences, journey sequencing, messaging frameworks, and success metricsSupport adoption of growth-driving features for Pros while maintaining primary Consumer ownershipSystems, Process & ScaleOwn CRM best practices and journey architecture in BrazeImprove segmentation, data hygiene, and communication governanceHelp establish scalable processes, documentation, and experimentation frameworksKey DeliverablesMulti-quarter lifecycle strategy and roadmapScalable onboarding and retention journeysStructured experimentation pipelineSeasonal campaign frameworks with improved audience logicPerformance reporting tied to business outcomesCommunication strategy that reduces over-sending while improving impactWho you areSuccessful candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds, yet here are some of the critical experiences we&#39;re looking for:Must Haves7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing3–5 years owning lifecycle strategy end-to-end, including defining audience frameworks, journey architecture, and experimentation roadmapsDeep experience in email, push, SMS, and automated journeysStrong experimentation background with proven A/B testing impactAdvanced analytical fluency with ability to interpret cohort, funnel, and behavioral data to drive strategic decisionsExperience partnering closely with Product, GTM and Data teamsExpertise with BrazeStrong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authorityNice to HaveExperience in marketplace or two-sided platformsExperience balancing B2C scale with B2B product adoptionExperience mentoring or guiding team membersSalary rangeOur job titles may span more than one career level. The career level we are targeting for this role has a base pay between $118,800 and $163,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
