Process Development Test Engineer

Overview In this role you will help advance TI’s semiconductor manufacturing technology by developing robust characterization solutions for cutting-edge process platforms. You’ll define test structures, architect measurement solutions, and enable accurate data and SPICE models across diverse technologies. You’ll partner with design and technologist teams to align specifications with characterization results and drive best practices for high-performance entitlement. You’ll build scalable infrastructure to speed up learning cycles in technology development. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape future electronics at TI.
