This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in mechanical or electronic assembly, the ability to follow work instructions and diagrams, and comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The Assembler 1 will perform a variety of production assembly tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, frames, and cables.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and/or electronic assembly of components, assemblies, and subassembliesAssemble parts such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cablesRead and follow work instructions, diagrams, drawings, and specificationsUse hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws to complete assembly workMake initial layouts and support assembly setup as requiredConduct continuity checks on work in process and completed assembliesPerform quality inspections in accordance with established quality standardsSupport disassembly, rework, modification, and reassembly of components when neededAssist with prototype or experimental assemblies under simulated conditionsWork closely with a team of 4-6 assemblersComplete toolbox audits at the beginning and end of each shiftEnsure daily completion of 5S and work area housekeeping tasks Required QualificationsAbility to read and follow work instructionsExperience using basic hand tools and power toolsAbility to work in a team-oriented production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand, move, and perform assembly tasks throughout the shift Preferred QualificationsAbility to read drawings, blueprints, or wiring diagramsPrevious experience working in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience with electronic or mechanical assemblyFamiliarity with quality checks, rework, or inspection processesUnderstanding of 5S or shop floor organization practices Why Join Us?
