MEP Construction ManagerLocation: Atlanta, Georgia - Fully on siteContract: Day Rate (10-hour days)Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (No Mondays / Sundays)Duration: Long-term (up to 6 years)OverviewWe are supporting a major mission-critical project in Atlanta, GA, and are looking for a Construction Manager with strong MEP and commissioning knowledge to support delivery on-site.This is a long-term opportunity offering real continuity and the chance to be part of a high-value, technically complex build.Role ResponsibilitiesOversee on-site construction delivery, with a strong focus on MEP systemsManage contractors and subcontractors to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are metCoordinate and support commissioning activities (Level 1–5)Ensure systems are delivered through to full operational readinessInterface with project stakeholders, design teams, and client representativesDrive progress across a fast-paced, mission-critical environmentKey RequirementsProven experience as a Construction Manager on complex buildsStrong MEP background (essential)Demonstrable experience in commissioning processesExperience in data centres preferred, but open to:HospitalsPharmaceuticalsOil & GasMust be based locally in GeorgiaWhat’s on OfferLong-term work (up to 6 years)Competitive day rateMajor mission-critical project exposureStable pipeline and consistent workload
