Job DescriptionA high-quality commercial builder is looking to hire in the Atlanta market and surrounding areas.This seat is tied to active multifamily construction work that needs structure, follow-through, and immediate support.They are looking for someone who can take control of field execution, keep job sites moving, and hold schedule, safety, and quality together.Position OverviewThis is a field leadership seat tied directly to active commercial work. The team needs someone who can step into moving projects, take control of jobsite execution, and keep schedule, safety, and quality aligned without constant oversight.What You Will Be Working OnGround-up and renovation commercial constructionOffice, retail, industrial, healthcare, education, and related commercial work depending on backgroundActive job sites with subcontractor coordination already in motionField leadership across scheduling, site control, inspections, and closeout executionWhat You BringStrong daily field leadership and production mindsetAbility to coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and sequencingStrong understanding of plans, specifications, and field executionAbility to enforce safety and quality standardsExperience resolving field issues before they affect cost or scheduleClear communication with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectorsResponsibilitiesLead jobsite operations and field executionCoordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and daily activitiesMaintain schedule, sequencing, and production flowEnforce safety and quality standardsTrack punch, closeout, and field documentation needsHelp keep projects moving with urgency and accountabilityQualifications5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial constructionGC-side experience preferredGround-up and/or renovation commercial experience preferredStrong knowledge of commercial construction processes, sequencing, and safetyStable work history preferredBachelor's degree in a construction-related field is a plus, but equivalent experience will also be consideredOnly candidates with relevant construction experience aligned with the role's project type, scope, and responsibilities will be consideredSpanish/English bilingual is a plus (required in bilingual-specific postings)Preferred Experience / SoftwareProcoreBluebeamAutodesk Build or similar field management software is a plusOSHA 30 is a plusLocation / FlexibilityLocal candidates are preferredStrong relocators with highly relevant experience will still be consideredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation aligned with experience, project scope, and current market conditionsComplete benefits packageBonus opportunityLong-term growth potentialNext StepOur client is ready to hire immediately.
