We are seeking a Founding Senior Business Systems Analyst who is part strategist, part data architect, and part change agent. This role is not about maintaining the status quo; it is about leading the charge in migrating legacy data, integrating cutting-edge tools like HubSpot and Databricks, and ensuring our Trimble Vista ERP remains the backbone of our project delivery. As an early member of this team, you will have a significant influence on how we use technology to deliver high-stakes EPC projects.Purpose: This role will be the primary liaison between Technology and Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Safety & HR. Familiarity with working closely with business groups while being a strong advocate for technology enablement and adoption is a critical function of this role.Core Job ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Enablement & Change ManagementFacilitate requirements gathering workshops with business partners to ensure stakeholders’ needs are effectively captured and turned into accurate requirements. Generate professional requirement docs, Visio flowcharts and process diagramsPerform tightly managed and guided vendor selection on software solutions and tools, provide tangible recommendationsImplementation Ownership: Work with implementation partners to ensure software projects are executed within allocated timeframes and budget, proactively raise any issues with managementTraining & Adoption: Develop and conduct role-based training (live and LMS) for everyone from field admins to external partners on solutions being deployed. Conduct "floorwalking" and office hours to ensure our team feels empowered by their digital tools.Serve as the liaison to 3rd party vendors for escalations, enhancements, and roadmap alignment.Global Orchestration & Agile DeliveryAct as the Scrum Master for internal digital initiatives. Ownership of JIRA/Confluence is essential—you will manage the backlog, run stand-ups, and ensure clear "Go/No-Go" readiness.Orchestrate the daily workflows of nearshore (Colombia) and offshore (Philippines) development teams, ensuring our global development model stays on track and meets H&M’s rigorous quality standards.Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover plans. You are the final gatekeeper for quality before a tool hits our construction workflows and sites.Data Migration, System Integration & AutomationLead end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to our modern environment with minimal disruption to business.Collaborate with stakeholders to configure seamless integrations between Trimble Vista (ERP), HubSpot (CRM), and our project scheduling/cost and document management solutions.Act as the primary technical bridge to Databricks and 3rd party developers to ensure field data flows accurately into our data lake for high-level BI reporting.Act as a champion for our AI Adoption journey, you will get training and you will champion it for othersFind meaningful ways to implement automations, process improvements and remove duplication and manual redundancyEssential Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science in Business, Tech Engineering, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.10 to 15 years of experience in an engineering or construction environment for large capital projects delivering for energy, chemicals, or related industries.Proven track record in project management support on various major information technology initiativesMust have previously worked in a similar capacity for at least 5+ years.Strong project engineering background with high attention to detail is a MUST.Mastery of JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with Trimble Viewpoint Vista, HubSpot, and Project Management systems (ProCore, InEight).Proficiency in Power BI and a functional understanding of Databricks/SQL.Excellent facilitation, training, and stakeholder management skills; the ability to bridge business and IT.Why H+M?Ground Floor Opportunity: As a founding member of the digital team, you will shape the standards, the stack, and the strategy.Material Results: Your work directly impacts the safety and efficiency of massive real-world construction projects.Professional Growth: This role offers a clear path for growth as our digital footprint expands.Physical RequirementsOccasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 poundsSit for long periods of timeOccasionally stoop, kneel or crouchUse hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objectsEnvironment: Most work time is spent in an office environment.
