Aerospace Composite Assembly TechnicianLocation: Anaheim, CAPosition OverviewThe Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, responsible for assembling and testing components in compliance with quality and safety standards. This position requires a detailed-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components and subassemblies according to specifications and technical drawingsConduct quality control checks on assembled products to ensure they meet industry standardsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivityDocument assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisorsUtilize tools and equipment safely and effectively, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized machineryQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in manufacturing or assembly preferredExperience with composites, carbon fiber, aerospace materials, and Kevlar is highly desirableStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical documents and schematicsProficient in the use of hand tools and power toolsGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentBenefitsLow cost medical, dental, visionCompany paid life & disability401k w/ company matchHealthy work/life balanceGenerous PTO + up to 10 paid holidaysEvery other Friday off with our 9/80 schedule!
