Company Description Personal Injury Litigation Firm Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney based in Chicago, IL. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for developing legal strategies, conducting legal research, drafting motions, and preparing for and attending court proceedings, including arbitrations, trials and depositions. The attorney will work closely with clients, provide legal advice, and represent them in litigation cases. Collaborating with team members and supporting the preparation of legal documentation is also a key aspect of this role. Salary Range: 100,000 to 150,000 Qualifications Expertise in law, with a focus on litigation and legal proceduresProficient in drafting and presenting motionsExperience with court processes, including appearances and filingsSkilled in conducting depositions and managing case discoveryJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Illinois State Bar
