Manager, Oracle HCM

Overview In this role, you lead technical work on Cloud HCM implementations, guiding data conversions, integrations, and extensions. You will shape conversion and integration strategies tailored to client needs and drive SDLC deliverables with cross-functional teams. You’ll manage project plans, coordinate with offshore tech teams, and ensure timely, within-budget project execution. This position sits in KPMG's Advisory practice, contributing to client transformations with world-class tools and collaborative leadership. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefits packagemedical and dental plansvision coverage401(k) planswell-being benefitsPaid Time Off and holiday benefits ResponsibilitiesLead technical work for Cloud HCM implementation projects (data conversions, integrations, extensions, fast formulas).Formulate data conversion and integration strategies tailored to client needs for HCM cloud.Prepare project plans and schedules for construct phase, including data mapping and integration design sessions; review SDLC deliverables.Collaborate with functional consultants to assess impact of configurations on data conversion and integration; lead offshore technical team.Deliver project technical work within budget, scope, and timeline; provide status updates to Project Manager.Manage SDLC activities via regular stakeholder cadence, coordinate with client technical lead, and remediate technical issues. Key requirementsMinimum five years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with at least two end-to-end implementations involving data conversions and integrations.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field.Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports).Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and advanced Excel (Pivot, VLookup, VBA macros) and Microsoft Project.Ability to lead and collaborate with offshore teams; strong written/oral communication and business analysis skills.Ability to travel as necessary; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.strong collaborationleadershipcommunicationOracle HCM CloudHDLHCM Extracts
