And don't forget to have FUN!JOB DESCRIPTION:• HAVE FUN!• SMILE!• Be a Team player!• Make our Guests say "WOW...That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!• Provide a table in the Dining Room or Cantina• Answer the phone• Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.• "Read" the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras• Sidework & Cleaning duties• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked AreaESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:- Regular and reliable attendance- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.- Offer a Guest Obsessed farewell as they depart.- Able to operate the POS system.- Escort guests to their table, give them menus, and answer any questions.- Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries.- Able to take orders, enter the POS, accurately bag the orders, and handle an efficient guest transaction.- Give guests accurate wait time estimates.- Clean and maintain sparkling clean restrooms and lobbies.- Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers/staff.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Do All of above Tasks in a "Guest Obsessed" Manner!Take Time to Provide the "Little Extras"Treat Our Regulars SpecialLet Our Guest Know That Special Requests Are "No Problem"ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO MAKE OUR GUEST FEEL AT HOME AT HACIENDAHacienda offers a financial wellness benefit that allows you to work TODAY and get paid TOMORROW!
