Extrusion Lead Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in aluminum extrusion processes, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Extrusion Lead to join their team. As an Extrusion Lead, you will be an integral part of the Extrusion Department, supporting a collaborative and innovative work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the company's vision and strategic goals. Location: Alexandria, MN Pay Range: $21.25/hour Shift: Mon-Wed-6:30p-6:30a, Thurs 6:30p-12:30a What's the Job? Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company's vision and strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships within the department to effectively serve and support coworkers and employees. Ensure the department has the necessary tools and resources to communicate delays or changes in product schedules. Provide leadership to the extrusion team, including participating in hiring and onboarding processes. Apply continuous improvement techniques to optimize department operations and ensure high-quality aluminum extrusions. What's Needed? Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills to review department data and identify improvement opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of extrusion processes and quality standards is preferred.
