As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for editing captivating content, managing social media platforms, and measuring performance to drive engagement and growth. You will join one other social media manager currently on the team and will each be assigned set artists from the above list (Artist assignment will be determined after hire).The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of social media experience, with a strong background in writing captions, creating content, and analyzing data. Must have prior experience in the music industry. This is an in-office M-F position and applicants must live in the Nashville, TN area. Responsibilities:The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the following:Edit visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, to capture the attention of followers and fans.Write compelling captions and create engaging storytelling content that aligns with the artists' brand and connects with their target audience.Publish social media posts across various platforms daily, ensuring consistent and timely delivery on both artist accounts and artist HQ accounts. Monitor and analyze social media performance using appropriate tools and metrics to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and keep musicians ahead in the digital landscape.Set up and send email campaigns to promote releases, tour announcements, and merch drops using Mailchimp.Requirements:Minimum of one year of social media management experience, preferably in the music industry.Proficiency in crafting captivating captions, storytelling, and editing content (in CapCut or similar apps).Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms to optimize content reach and engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with entertainment or music industry practices and trends is highly preferred.Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, CapCut and Canva are also highly preferred.
