Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center - Facility: Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing CenterPosition: RN SupervisorLocation: Jersey City, New JerseyShift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday – FridaySalary Range: $95,000 – $105,000 (Depending on experience)Position OverviewAcclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. The RN Supervisor will work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the Nursing Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high-quality resident care, and fostering a supportive environment for our nursing staff.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the DON and ADON in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing department policies and procedures.Ensure all nursing personnel perform in accordance with their job descriptions and facility guidelines.Participate in surveys and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on residents' discharge planning and regularly update care plans.Maintain appropriate staffing levels for each shift to ensure consistent, quality care.Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs and monitor staff performance; report findings to the DON.Address, document, and escalate staff concerns or grievances as needed.Welcome and orient new residents, ensuring a smooth transition upon admission.Accompany physicians during rounds and coordinate nursing support as required.Oversee medication administration and treatment schedules for accuracy and timeliness.Provide direct nursing care when necessary.Contribute to resident assessments and participate in care plan development.Assist with performance evaluations of LPNs and CNAs.QualificationsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting, including supervisory responsibilities.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment.Benefits401(k) retirement plan with employer matchGenerous paid time off (PTO)Comprehensive medical and dental coverageEmployee recognition programs and company-wide perksSupportive, team-oriented workplace cultureApply Today!Join Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and take the next step in your nursing leadership journey.
