In this dual-role position, you will play a key part in both delivering impactful trial lessons and guiding families through the enrollment process. You’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our prospective students - helping spark a love of ELA and advising families on how our program can support their child’s growth. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality 1:1 trial English classes for K–8 students Observe and assess student performance during the trial session Communicate feedback clearly to parents and provide tailored learning plans Build trust with families and convert trial students into long-term enrollments What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience teaching English to students in grades K–8 A passion for education and student success - you love helping kids grow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to build rapport with both students and parents Prior experience in sales is a big plus Why Join Us?
