Responsibilities Efficiently answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls. Schedule and coordinate service calls with precision and attention to detail. Create and manage dispatch tickets for all service calls. Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers to ensure timely service delivery. Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the dispatch team. Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multitask and possess a logistics mindset. Organizational and computer skills are essential. Experience in the trucking/towing industry is a plus. Availability to work some holidays and weekends. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
