Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Intensive Care - ICU - Travel - (ICU RN) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1979.00 - $2102.00 Nurses are required to respond to trauma red calls, code blue calls, and rapid response calls for the facility. The facility has cardiovascular surgical patients in the ICU along with trauma, and a blended ICU with a vast vareity of patients. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, ICU Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Preferred Qualifications TNCC strongly preferred AZ or compact license CVICU (Open Heart) experience Travel experience strongly preferred Facility Location Lake Havasu is known as a party community town and during World War II was a US Army Air Corps camp. “London Bridge” which was brought over from England and completed in 1971 is now a favorite tourist attraction in Lake Havasu.
