Technical and Trade SchoolsOther Furniture Related Product ManufacturingAgriculture, Construction, and Mining Machinery ManufacturingAudio and Video Equipment ManufacturingSoap, Cleaning Compound, and Toilet Preparation ManufacturingInsight Global is partnering with a luxury fragrance brand to hire a hands‐on Operations & Production Associate to work closely with the founder across production, fulfillment, and daily operations.This is not a warehouse or assembly‐line role — it's for someone who cares deeply about craftsmanship, precision, and quality.What you'll do:Bottle, label, package, and crimp fragrance products to luxury standardsAssist with fragrance blending using precise formulas and measurementsPick, pack, and ship orders with a gift‐level presentation mindsetSupport Shopify orders, inventory, and basic e‐commerce operationsHelp keep a small, founder‐led operation running smoothlyWhat we're looking for:Extremely detail‐oriented with strong fine motor skillsComfortable with basic math (percentages, ratios, scaling)Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periodsTech‐savvy and quick to learn new toolsReliable, self‐directed, and eager to grow with the brandNo fragrance sensitivities; willing to wear protective gearPay: $20–$22/hr (based on experience)Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
