We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical expertise and strategic guidance to customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.Pre-Sales activities range from:Working closely with the Solution Engineer scope and design and execute on proof-of-concept goals, product demonstration and help customers with product evaluation and own the deal till technical closure.Guiding customers on testing strategy and optimize utilization using automation.Post-Sales activities range from:Becoming a Strategic Advisor to customers for all things test automation by providing in-depth technical assistance to ensure that business and testing goals are achieved.Scoping and delivering projects to ensure effective utilization and adoption of Keysight products.Create integrations to and from Keysight to wider CI/CD pipeline.Building strong relationships with customers and guide teams on best practices and reduce any technical risk within the account.QualificationsBachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree (Comp Science desired)Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience in coding and automation.Strong background in Technical Consultancy and stakeholder managementExperience with Test Automation solutionsExperience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelineScoping Requirements and SpecificationsExperience with delivering solutions in a pre-sales or post-sales capacityExperience with Azure Devops, Python, REST API, RESTPy, Linux, Docker containers, AWS DevOpsLeading Keysight\'s customer engagements from a technical perspectiveOwning the technical solution development, demonstration, proposal, and in some cases deliveryTeaming with sales professionals, industry solution teams, and other disciplines to develop and win complex opportunitiesCreating demand for Keysight\'s products and services through presentations, demonstrations, product evaluation and trainingDeveloping and building long term relationships and loyalty with customers while ensuring high customer satisfactionStrong networking fundamentals with strong working knowledge of OSI layers 1-7, with the ability to apply analytical and troubleshooting skillsets to solve complex problems.Strong working knowledge of Routing and Layer 2/3 protocols BGP, OSFP, ISIS, LAN, VXLAN, PFC, ECMPStrong data center and cloud computing concepts and fundamentals.DesirableExperience in Ixia products and Automation (IxNetwork, IxLoad, BPS, IxVM)Strong working knowledge of Layer 4/7 protocols TCP, UDP, HTTP, IPSecCertification like CCNA/CCNP, Azure, ASW, GCPCandidates will need to exhibit the following behaviors to be successful in the role:High standards and a passion for excellenceCreative; able to analyze problems and derive solutions using multiple approachesAble to collaboratively work towards common goalsStrong leadership and personal accountabilityCompletely and relentlessly customer-focusedProven experience in managing complex projects and delivery on timeAbility to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammatesEffective communication and presentation skillsStrong written & verbal communication skillsPassion for continuous learning and personal developmentHighly competitive, assertive with a passion to "win" and "teach"Ability to create a vision and convey the message in a persuasive mannerComfortable in consulting customers by offering customers unique perspectives.Sociable, people oriented, outgoing, desires quality customer interactionsCareers Privacy StatementKeysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
