Project ManagerWe're hiring an experienced Project Manager who is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating demolition operations on construction sites. They ensure demolition work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.Location 50 miles from Brockton MaSalary- $110,000-115,000ResponsibilitiesManage daily demolition operations on-site.Supervise demolition crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectivesDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsConduct safety meetings and hazard assessments.Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholdersMonitor project progress and adjust plans as neededCoordinate site logistics, equipment delivery, and waste removal.Manage project risks, issues, and dependenciesManage heavy equipment used in demolition (excavators, wrecking balls, shears, etc.).Ensure equipment is inspected and operated properly.Ensure compliance with environmental and local regulations.Communicate project status, updates, and risks to leadershipQualifications5+ years of Project Manager experienceKnowledge of structural systems (steel, concrete and masonry)Safety-first leader with strong communication skillsAble to read plans and manage field documentationValid driver's license; travel to job sites requiredBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision3% 401(k) match2 weeks' vacation1-week sick time
