IT Business Operations Analyst

Job Title: IT Business Operations Analyst Location: Memphis, Tennessee Type: Contract, long term Compensation: Negotiable Contractor Work Model: Hybrid Responsibilities Lead a critical, institution-wide lab instrument inventory initiative to improve operational efficiency and provide valuable insights across the organization. Support operational projects with business analysis, data collection, reporting, and dashboard creation. Manage workflows in ServiceNow and other ITSM tools, ensuring data integrity and effective process automation. Analyze and interpret data using advanced Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Apply project management principles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to coordinate initiatives and meet project deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful reports and dashboards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or certifications a plus) 3-5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or related IT environment Proficiency in managing workflows in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Power BI Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create impactful reports and dashboards Strong organizational skills including time management, multitasking, and documentation Personal attributes such as initiative, self-motivation, adaptability, integrity, and accountability System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
