As a result, we are growing quickly and are looking for energetic, motivated team members to expand our nest.Your Role and ImpactThe Application Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting business-critical applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. This role will specifically support systems such as GSW, WMS, and applications and services used within the Chino operation, serving as a key liaison between end users, development teams, and IT operations.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for internal and/or customer-facing applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents, and service requests in a timely mannerMonitor application performance and system health; proactively identify and address potential issuesInvestigate root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutionsCollaborate with development teams to escalate bugs, support releases, and validate fixesPerform application configuration, updates, and deployments as neededMaintain documentation for processes, known issues, and troubleshooting guidesSupport end users by providing guidance, training, and clear communicationParticipate in on-call rotation, as required, to support critical systemsEnsure compliance with company policies, security standards, and best practicesYour ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience3-5 years of experience in application support, technical support, or a related roleFluency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues across applications, databases, and integrationsExperience working with SQL and database concepts, along with familiarity with APIs, integrations, and log analysis.Hands-on experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications in a production environmentFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release processesWorking knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to clearly translate technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate across teamsWhat's in it for you:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options401k with company matchPaid Time OffCompany provided equipmentWork Environment & RequirementsOffice Presence: Full-time in officeEnvironment: Normal office conditions.Physical Effort: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Hazards: Negligible, little or no exposure to hazardsAt ViewSonic, our mission is to provide excellence in visual experience by combining products, solutions, and ecosystem developments.
