OverviewThe Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruiting team by managing candidate communication, interview coordination, and recruiting-related administrative tasks. This role also assists with client/vendor system processes, ensuring candidate submissions, updates, and required information are completed accurately and on time.ResponsibilitiesAssist recruiters with job postings, candidate tracking, and ATS updatesCoordinate candidate submissions through client and vendor-managed systemsSchedule interviews and communicate details with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teamsMaintain accurate candidate records, notes, and status updatesCommunicate with candidates regarding next steps, required documents, and process updatesTrack requisition activity, candidate status, and submission updatesPartner with recruiters, account managers, and client/vendor contacts to keep the hiring process movingHelp ensure required candidate information is collected and submitted correctlyMaintain confidentiality when handling candidate and employee informationProvide general administrative and process support to the recruiting team as neededQualificationsPrevious recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordinator experience preferredExperience working with applicant tracking systems, vendor portals, or client-managed hiring systems is a plusStrong communication and follow-up skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working with candidates, recruiters, and external contacts by phone and emailAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and system updatesProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedAbility to handle confidential information appropriatelyMust meet conditional job offer requirements.
