China, is a publicly traded company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code 002821.SZ).Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Account Manager with a scientific background, ideally working within a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). This role will support client relationships, manage project communications, and contribute to the growth and retention of accounts. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration between clients and internal business, manufacturing, and project coordination teams.Duties & Responsibilities:Act as point of contact for clients handling day-to-day communications and inquiries, as well as supporting Asymchem's BD and technical teams.Coordinate with internal teams to track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectationsInitiate and coordinate contract negotiations between clients and Asymchem's legal teamGenerate RFPs internally for quotation and prepare proposals for submission to clientMonitor account performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to BD/technical teamsIndependently retain and nurture client relationships, to bring in additional opportunities.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular account reports for managementAttend scheduled client and internal meetingsCreate presentations to support technical/business discussions, on-site client meetings, and conferencesExperience Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field)5+ years of experience working in the life sciences sector such as a CDMO, pharmaceutical, or biotech companyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentWillingness to participate in calls with internal/external partners across various time zones (including early morning or late evening)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with CRM systems such as SalesforceSome travel (domestic and international) as needed to support on-site client meetings and conferencesKnowledge of ICH Q7 and M7 regulations as well as cGMP controls in drug substance and/or drug productChinese Mandarin language ability is a plus, but not requiredBenefits:Day 1 Coverage for Medical, Vision (Co.
