China, is a publicly traded company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code 002821.SZ).Job OverviewThe Associate, Account Management is responsible for independently managing key aspects of assigned client accounts across all Asymchem CDMO service modalities, including small molecule and other supported technology platforms. This role is focused on account oversight, cross-functional coordination, and the exercise of professional judgment in responding to client needs, working closely with senior Account Managers, Business Development leaders, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure high-quality client service and consistent project execution. This position offers broad exposure to multi-modality CDMO projects and the full account lifecycle, while acting as a trusted commercial partner providing mentorship and development under experienced commercial leaders.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee ongoing client account activities, ensuring timely communication and alignment between customers and internal teams (e.g., tech, legal, project management) and identifying issues, escalating risks, and recommending solutions as appropriateParticipate in client calls and meetings to prepare agendas, lead portions of discussions, synthesize outcomes, and drive follow-up actions and resolution, and action item trackingEvaluate and manage inbound client requests, including RFIs, scope updates, and general account inquiries, by determining appropriate internal engagement and recommended responses in collaboration with technical and operational teamsDevelop, review, and refine client presentations, proposals, account reviews, and commercial documentation, ensuring alignment with account strategy and business objectivesMaintain accurate and up-to-date account records, project details, and opportunity information within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analyze account activity, pipeline trends, and key milestones to inform account planning and internal reportingTrack account activity, pipeline developments, and key milestones to support internal reporting and account planningConduct account and market research to inform account strategy, cross-sell awareness, and client engagement efforts, including identifying growth opportunities and providing recommendations to Account Management and Business Development leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging, aligned responses, and a high-quality customer experienceServe as a primary internal point of contact for assigned accounts, exercising discretion in prioritizing client needs, resolving routine issues, and aligning internal resources in support of commercial objectivesSupport selected industry conferences, client visits, and networking activities, as neededPerform additional account management or commercial support duties as assignedExperience Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline required1–2 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO/CDMO, or related healthcare environmentsExperience assisting or owning aspects of account management, client services, business development support, or project coordination functionsDemonstrated ability to manage active customer accounts and multi-modality projects, including coordination of client communications and internal follow-upsProficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) to document client interactions, maintain account records, and track opportunities or pipeline activityWorking knowledge of the drug discovery and development lifecycle, with the ability to support projects across multiple development and manufacturing stagesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in client-facing interactions and internal collaborationHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer requests, projects, and deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional, global environment involving technical, operational, and commercial stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, analyze complex information, and apply professional discretion in a commercial environmentProactive mindset, strong follow-through, and eagerness to develop deeper expertise in Account Management within a CDMO settingTravel RequirementsThis role may require occasional travel to support client meetings, internal coordination, and industry events.BenefitsDay 1 Coverage for Medical, Vision (Co.
