Remote Data Engineer for Bioinformatics Pipelines

Ariadne is seeking a Data Engineer to support our work at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. This full-time role may be based onsite at NIH facilities or remote, enabling collaboration across data operations teams. Ideal candidates have a STEM bachelor's, experience with large data environments, SQL, scripting, Linux, and a track record of maintaining production pipelines.
