The Lead also ensures that operators are following required duties and tasks as prescribed by Millstone SCP's and DWI's. The Lead will work in the Kit Build Department on 1st shift from 8am to 4:30pm.Duties and Responsibilities:The Lead assigns work depending on priorities set by the Operations Supervisor in the Kit Build Department.The Lead also ensures that operators are following required duties and tasks as prescribed by Millstone SCP's and DWI's.Assist in operational and quality issues that operators encounter during kit inspection and shipping operations.Recommend and implement changes to DWI.Assist in process improvement initiatives.Support and assist in the training of new operators.The position includes visual inspection of medical devices and instruments which requires the ability to detect defects. 20/20 or corrected 20/20 vision is required.Requirements:Requires one to two years of prior experiencePossess basic arithmetic skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with customersAbility to train other employeesAttention to detailMid-level familiar with Microsoft Office, ERP, and other common programsAbility to read and write the English languageAdvanced inventory control (FIFO)Advanced blueprint interpretation skillsTo learn more about Millstone Medical, please visit us online at www.millstonemedical.com.Millstone Medical Outsourcing provides equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.
