BEPC is actively looking for Associate Systems Engineer, in Tucson, AZ area!W2 Contract – 12 months with possible extensions! Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurancePay Rate: $39.00 - $42.00 /hour - Determined based on experience (Paid weekly)Work Model: Onsite role Position Focus: Motivated, hands-on engineer with knowledge of/experience with electro-mechanical devices.Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be consideredSummary of the position: BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Associate Systems Engineer to join our client’s site in Tucson, AZ. This role will support the design, development, testing, and implementation of complex electro-mechanical systems and assignments.Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments.General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions.Makes independent decisions. Assist in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:Learns to use company concepts, policies and procedures, familiar with and follows standard practices.Normally receives detailed directions on all work.Works on projects of moderate scope in which analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.Makes suggestions to improve work processes.Assists in reducing to practice patentable inventions.Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Participates in technical team activities.Presents and discusses data within group.Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.Other duties as assigned by management..Main Qualifications: Bachelors in Engineering with 1-3 years of experience.Knows basic and some specialized engineering techniques.Familiar with searching technical literature.Skilled with use of word processing, spreadsheets, graphical and presentation software applications.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of/experience with electro-mechanical devices.About BEPCBEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries like technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
