Clinician
Location: Worcester, MA – Main Street Outpatient Treatment ProgramSchedule: Full-time. Monday-Friday, early mornings may be required 1-2 days per week and 1 evening will be required per weekPay rate: $65,000-$67,200 (Masters), $69,400-$73,800 (LADC-1), $77,100-$88,000 (LMHC/LICSW). Ranges are dependent upon both licensure & experience. Additional opportunities for productivity bonusesBenefitsHealth, dental, vision insurancePaid time offTuition Reimbursement and loan repayment options401k with company match up to 7%Discounts on wide array of services/entertainmentThe Outpatient Clinician Is Responsible ForProviding quality individual clinical services and case management to assigned clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis needs.Providing group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.Referring clients to appropriate services in the community as necessary.Maintaining comprehensive current clinical skills, competencies, licensure and certification as required and attending internal meetings and trainings as required.QualificationsQualifications:Minimum of Master’s degree required (in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field).Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required.LICSW or LMHC is preferred
