Licensed Therapist (LICSW/LMHC or LCSW) - Moms Do Care Program

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide assessment, individual and group counseling, and care coordination for pregnant and parenting women recovering from substance use disorders within a program supporting vulnerable populations.Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and support program development.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external agencies to coordinate care.Maintain accurate, compliant client records and participate in program evaluation.Support crisis intervention and facilitate referrals to inpatient or community resources.Qualifications include a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC), and at least two years of experience.Must possess strong communication skills, cultural competence, and knowledge of behavioral health practices.This full-time position offers a salary of $65,000–$78,000, with comprehensive benefits, and requires in-person work.
