The company partners with organizations to improve efficiency, transform operations, and drive business outcomes through a combination of process expertise, technology, and data insight.Job Title: Actimize CTR DeveloperLocation: New York, NYDuration: 11 MonthsJob Type: Temporary AssignmentWork Type: HybridJob DescriptionJob Summary:Join our team as Actimiz e CTR Developer (CTR | AIS) and build your career in high profile AML projectsKey ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop NICE Actimize CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting) solutions.Design and implement business rules, workflows, validations, and reporting requirements.Build and support data integrations, ETL processes, and source-to-target mappings.Develop SQL queries, troubleshoot data issues, and optimize system performance.Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and support documentation.Collaborate with Compliance, Business Analysts, SMEs, and Operations teams for successful delivery.Required SkillsHands-on experience with NICE Actimize CTR, AIS, and Actimize Designer.Experience with ETL, data profiling, and data quality validation.Working knowledge of AML, BSA, FinCEN regulations, and CTR reporting.Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain. Skills & QualificationsLanguage proficiency: Java, Strong SQL/Oracle skills, data profiling, and query optimization.AML domain knowledge: Understanding of FATF, BSA, EU AML directives, and typologies.Testing frameworks: Familiarity with SIT/UAT processes and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).Experience working with banking/Financial Services client Experience6 to 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Actimize CTR development/projects.EducationalBachelor s degree in engineering or MCA from a reputed institution.TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.TekWissen is an emerging global human capital, recruitment and IT services organization.
