This role is remote but you must live in MN. Is it you?About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented Content & Social Media Specialist to support marketing execution across three client accounts in the B2B and B2C space. This is a part-time contract role (approximately 20 hours per week) where you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life through compelling content and consistent social media execution.In this role, you’ll collaborate with a small but mighty strategic team to create, publish, and optimize content and graphics across multiple platforms. From writing posts and blogs to designing social graphics and tracking performance, you’ll help ensure each client maintains a strong and engaging digital presence. If you're a hands-on social media generalist who enjoys juggling multiple brands and contributing creative ideas—this opportunity is for you.What You’ll DoPlan and execute social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokCreate, schedule, and publish posts aligned with each client’s messaging and brand guidelinesMaintain a consistent posting cadence across three client accountsMonitor engagement and flag or respond to comments and messages as appropriateWrite engaging social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and short-form contentAdapt messaging across different industries, audiences, and marketing goalsRepurpose content across channels (e.g., blogs into social posts or email snippets)Design simple, polished social graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteMaintain visual consistency with each client’s brand standardsManage content calendars and publishing schedules through social media toolsCoordinate with internal team members on campaign timelines and deliverablesTrack performance metrics including engagement, reach, and click-through ratesDeliver monthly insights and recommendations to improve content performanceParticipate in weekly team meetings and contribute creative ideas for campaignsWhat You Bring4+ years of experience in social media marketing and content marketing with strong work samplesExperience managing social and content for multiple brands or client accountsExcellent copywriting skills for social media, blogs, and digital contentExperience creating social graphics using Canva or similar design toolsFamiliarity with social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Loomly, or HubSpotAbility to track and interpret social media analytics and performance dataStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfort working in a fast-paced agency environmentA collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for brainstorming creative ideasPreferred ExperienceB2B marketing experienceExperience in industries such as financial services, manufacturing, construction, or professional servicesBlog writing and SEO-friendly content creationExperience supporting paid media campaigns with organic contentApply NowThis part-time contract role (20 hours per week) offers a competitive rate of $35-$45/hour with an initial 3-month engagement and potential extension.
