This includes natural gas, and fuel oil combustion testing, adjusting, of the fuel/air ratio on various boilers, burners, ovens, and incineratorsResponsibilities:Knowledge of troubleshooting and maintaining industrial/commercial steam and hot water boilers, boiler room operation, and auxiliary equipment. Responsible for retrofit and repair of boilers, burners, and accessories, utilizing knowledge of steam and hot water theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. Familiar with all forms of flame safeguards and the use of VOM's and other troubleshooting tools. Conduct calibration, repair, and adjustment of associated controlsPerform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications to customer's equipment. Education, Certifications, Licenses, Registration:Valid driver's licenseHigh School DiplomaMinimum of five years of mechanical work experienceLicense (Boiler Operator, Gas Installer, etc) preferredCertifications or vocation or technical training preferred
