Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading investment bank, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support one of their investment banking teams in New York, NY. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, processing expense reports, and assisting with meeting coordination and compliance tracking. The position requires strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, as well as collaboration with a broader administrative team.Responsibilities Include:Managing heavy calendar scheduling and coordinating meetings across teamsArranging domestic and international travel and processing expense reportsMaintaining contacts and communications through Microsoft OutlookHandling multi-line phone coverage and supporting day-to-day administrative needsAssisting with compliance tracking, reporting, and light research projectsRequirements:3+ years of administrative experience supporting a team within a competing investment bank or financial services firmStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially OutlookExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to multitask with a high level of professionalism and attention to detailExperience coordinating travel and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
