What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Vice President, Marketing Operations. This position will directly support of Global Chief Marketing Officer and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will take a fast-moving, complex organization and bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline. You will ensure everything runs. The Vice President, Marketing Operations will report directly to the Global Chief Marketing Officer and partner cross‑functionally with leaders and teams across the organization to deliver enterprise‑wide initiatives.How We WorkAs Vice President, Marketing Operations, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in our Buckhead, Atlanta OfficeCompany-issued equipment Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Designing and running the marketing operating systemDefining workflows, ownership, decision right and accountability across brand, demand, digital, and product marketingOwning annual and quarterly planningTranslating strategy into executionBuilding an operating rhythm with all Corpay’s LOBs and sales organizations to align priorities and executionDriving rigor across initiatives and campaigns including removing bottlenecks and enforcing accountabilityLeading transformational and strategic initiativesOperationalizing AI and new workflows to increase productivity and eliminate redundanciesQualifications & Skills10+ years of experience in progressive marketing, revops, and/or go to market roles Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required; MBA preferredProven experience scaling marketing operations in a complex, matrixed organizationStrong expertise in marketing technology, analytics, and performance managementDemonstrated ability to partner cross‑functionally and influence executive stakeholdersCreates alignment across teams and stakeholders to ensure focus on common goals and priorities. Collaborates extensively across functions to drive shared ownership and successful outcomesOperates with a strong marketing operations mindset, driving disciplined execution across planning, campaigns, and go‑to‑market initiativesApplies systems thinking to design and optimize integrated marketing processes, data flows, and technology ecosystemsBuilds scalable operating models, workflows, and governance frameworks that enable consistent, high‑quality marketing executionDemonstrates high accountability for marketing performance, owning outcomes related to efficiency, ROI, and business impactBrings order to complexity by structuring ambiguity into clear priorities, plans, and execution pathsSets and enforces high standards of performance, quality, and operational excellence.
