The HR Manager plays a key role in overseeing employee relations and performance management operations, while providing HR advisory to affiliated entities. This role focuses on ensuring disciplined execution of core HR processes, including performance evaluation and hiring process completion, in close coordination with HR partners and leadership, rather than functioning as a centralized HR control or strategy role. This role focuses on governance, technical reporting, and strategic HR advisory, providing operational oversight rather than hands-on execution or program design.
