Labor & Employment Class Action Senior Associate or Counsel

Seeking a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join its dynamic and growing Class Action group. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation and a desire to handle cutting edge class action work. Experience in defending class action lawsuits, such as employment discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud, is desired. Superior academic and research and writing credentials are required.
